They have an amazing office with amazing views. I got the One Medical app at 3:15p, scheduled an appointment for 3:30p (I live around the corner from Wall St). I was able to fill out my medical history on my walk to the office. There was maybe a 5min wait. I was basically seen immediately, got my concerns checked and addressed quickly, and then I went to go pick up my prescription. All of this in less than an hour 👌🏼Amazing

At One Medical you always get seen on time. I love all the locations. If I am at work and need to see someone after work I go to the Wall Street location. If I am home sick I can go to a branch in Brooklyn and my PCP is in the Meat Packing district. I usually do in-person visits however, there are times when I have needed a virtual visit which has been extremely helpful. Having so many professionals that I can go to if my PCP is not available or away is a big reason I use One Medical. Everyone who works at One Medical has always been friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, that One Medical is connected to Mt. Sinai is extremely important my caregivers can see the notes and test results from my specialists and vice-versa. One other note is that all the locations are extremely clean and beautifully designed.
