I’ve had many positive experiences at this office and the doctor is always on point—very professional and truly an awesome doctor. Overall the care here is great. However, during my most recent visit the person who initially drew my blood seemed inexperienced and had difficulty locating my vein. After several attempts, two additional staff members had to step in before someone was able to complete it properly. I still value this office, but I hope newer staff receive more training or supervision with blood draws.

I only saw Dr. Novoselac once although I can tell you that our discussion on several possible diagnoses seemed to be spot on. The blood test results will further his opinion and hopefully he will be better able to diagnose further. His personality and bedside manners were exemplary.
