My dentist was located in this office, I was told to stop by to pick something up, unfortunately my dentist moved 4 blocks up without telling me. I waited 10 minutes in the office with no reception. Finally a person comes out, I ask, I'm here to see the dentist. She knocks on the door that says dentist I women comes out, I told her I'm here to pick something up, see rudely says call them there not here? I said they called me twice this week to pick something up. She again rudely interrupts me and says I don't work for the dentist, { As she walked out a door that says Dentist} and says call them, I call from the office and watch the phone ring for minutes. As opposed to telling me walks up 4 blocks she goes back in the room that says dentist. No customer service skills what so ever.
