Received a $100 bill due to a missed session. Edit: While I recognize that fees due to a missed session are common, this company doesn't send out any reminders prior to your session, and $100 is just excessive. Never in my life have I been charged that much for a missed appointment. If this company truly wanted to help people, it wouldn't have such predatory practices. Major red flag.
