I had the most pleasant experience at Bay Ridge Imaging, from the interaction with Holly at the reception desk, who gave me very important information, to Ashley the nurse, who was constantly reassuring and helpful throughout the procedure, and even, the dressing rooms had mirrors!

This location is the worst one by far. Cancelled my appointment 3 times before I rescheduled elsewhere due to being short on staff/technicians. Now I can’t get them on the phone to get previous results. Woman who makes appts and calls is very nice, wish I could remember her name. She really tried to be helpful and was very apologetic. Place used to be very good, been there several times prior with no issues. Hope they get it together bc it’s bad.
