Horrible place. Inhuman doctors like doctor Purva on the third floor. So many years of preparation and training to not care for other humans. Careless nurses on the same floor as well as in the ETAP area. Nurses are with their phone texting or playing games like I displayed in the picture. That lady took 25 minutes of her paid time to play with her personal phone instead of taking care of a patient.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing. I waited over three hours to see a doctor, only to be told that I needed to follow up with an orthopedic specialist. The doctors and nurses made little effort to address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. When I expressed my frustration about the situation, there was a noticeable lack of empathy and understanding. Patients deserve compassionate care and clear guidance, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this hospital based on the care I received.
