Infested with Roaches I moved into this building late-February 2025, and have been dealing with an ongoing cockroach issues since May. Despite months of weekly exterminator visits, roaches continue to appear throughout my apartment, despite me keeping a clean home, keeping drains covered, etc. Multiple neighbors I've spoken to have also experienced severe roach infestations (at one point, someone was posting signs about the infestation throughout the building). The super and I even found an old cockroach trap (from before I'd moved in) full of dead roaches under my washing machine, but no roach issues with the unit were ever disclosed during my apartment tour. Months of this cockroach issue has made this building feel unlivable and caused more stress than it's worth. Save your money and rent elsewhere.
