I had an excellent experience at Southern Optical. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The office was clean, modern, and very welcoming, which made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The optometrist was knowledgeable, kind and thorough during the eye exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure you receive the best possible care. The optical team was just as impressive. They helped me choose frames that fit me perfectly and suited my style, and they were so helpful and attentive throughout the process. The selection of glasses was fantastic, with options for every taste and budget. Overall, the level of customer service and professionalism at Southern Optical is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care, friendly staff, and a great overall experience. I will definitely be returning for all my future eye care needs! I went inside to ask questions and inquire about an eye exam and ended up staying and getting it done right on the spot .It was so easy and fast , the girls in the front help me pick out super cute , adorable designer frames and even help me apply for a payment plan . The doctor was super sweet and helped me understand my prescription with time and patience .
