Trash ... if it wasn't for Dr. Eric I would have left a LONG time ago. The people at the reception desk need to be retrained in etiquette and hospitality ASAP. I guess because the office is located in East New York, Brooklyn that is acceptable for them, but it's not acceptable for the patients! Everyone deserves respect. I also noticed that Spanish speaking people get favorable treatment. (Little do they know I speak Spanish) That needs to be addressed ASAP. Very unprofessional. The receptionists need a complete overhaul! But on a positive note ... Dr. Eric is great!
