Absolutely no respect for patients time you are at their mercy waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor had a 3.15 pm appointment it’s now 4.00pm and there are still 2 patients ahead of me this is unacceptable don’t waste your time they don’t deserve our patronage

This office is an absolute nightmare. After weeks of planning for an appointment, we showed up only to be told the doctor was on vacation. No phone call, no email, no text—no communication at all. Instead of apologizing, staff insisted they had “called,” which was clearly untrue. Other patients in the waiting room were dealing with the exact same issue, so this is obviously a pattern. To make matters worse, they charge a $75 “cancellation fee” when they’re the ones canceling last minute. That’s unethical and borders on insurance fraud. I will never come back here and will be reporting this to both the insurance company and the medical board. If you value your time, money, and health, avoid this place at all costs.
