Such an amazing place! Everyone there is so nice, welcoming, and genuinely sweet, which makes every visit a really comfortable experience. The staff takes their time to make sure you feel cared for and understood, and they’re always patient if you have questions. The environment is clean, friendly, and professional, which makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend Diamond Braces to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their patients.

Staff was amazing. Hilary stood out the most, she was extremely informative and welcoming. She answered all my questions and we figured out the best payment solution. She shared her experience of wearing braces and demonstrated well what i would expect. I was late to my consultation but they all still welcomed me with a smile and great service. I was able to be seen the same day by Dr Santana and his Assistant Yousef. They both worked on my braces and were extremely gentle and communicative of what they were doing. I walked away feeling confident and Yousef gave me my instructions. Dr Santana was very calming and answered my questions about the time frame this would take. Tiffany was very nice to me the day I randomly walked in to this location in passing and answered my questions as well. Overall wonderful experience. Would recommend this location to anyone even if they’re just looking for a quick consultation. -Onika H
