Dr Rances and his staff are really kind and patient . The young phlebotomist was amazingly skilled! On the day of my first scheduled pain injection, I went in with great anxiety, almost ready to abandon the injection. Dr. Rances was compassionate and listened to my concerns (yet again). In the end, my concerns were over the top as the entire procedure went quickly and easily. I do not recall any pain after the anesthesia and I m already feeling better. Years ago I had consulted with an NYU pain doctor and it was probably his impatience and demeanor that made me anxious for the procedure. Dr. Rances approach and interaction is attentive and it made all the difference for me. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Rances is outstanding full stop. Not only has he taken great care of my health, he takes time to speak with me at every appointment, going over diagnosis clearly and review treatment options. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as well as outstanding quality of medical care.
