Overcrowded, fire hazard. No fire safety precautions. Unprofessional staff claiming it's not their problem . The staff member name Michelle is a foul mouth, unprofessional, rude woman who doesnt act her age or respects the practice. She is disrespectful with the clients. The ladies in the front desk were very uninviting. Not one smile for my client who was wheelchair bound. A new client for them. It was difficult for other clients with walkers to get through. Fire hazard. They are quick to charge you for the visit. But leave you in a confined sitting area for hours. With one exit door. They are taking advantage of elderly people insurance. They want to act professionally, yet they overcrowded the hallways with chairs as a waiting area. Making it difficult to go through with wheelchair and walkers. It looks like there is one exit. I would not recommend this medical practice for a loved one.
