This receptionist is very unprofessional , arrogant and disrespectful. He needs to respect patients and listened to responsible party . I will be reporting this to my insurance and I must say he is trying to collect copayments from patients who don’t have any out of pocket expenses. Learned to be a professional!

Horrible customer service no patient care at all. I called to ask for a courtesy prescription due to Covid I lost my insurance and the new one will not kick in until 9/1 and I had to argue with the Office Manager who wanted to make a UNILATERAL decision without consulting with the doctor. I have asthma and high blood pressure. No professionalism and pretty much kept repeating the same thing over and over again until he got me off the phone. Have no clue if I will get my prescription or not.
