Future Care Internal Medicine - Bronx

I had such an amazing experience! I have been looking for a PC and I hit the jackpot! First, the office was sooo clean! It smelled nice and was well maintained. The young lady that check me in, Zasha, was so sweet and explained everything to me! My medical assistant was Crystal, let me tell you… hands of an angel!!! I hate getting my blood taken and she made it so painless! Lastly, Dr. Rafael was exactly what I was looking for! Listened to allll of my concerns and got me a few referrals I needed to see a few specialist. In all, I had an amazing visit and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit this office if you want to feel cared for and certain you will be in good hands!

Efficient and streamlined experience! From making the appointment in a timely fashion to accommodate my schedule, to the receptionist, to Crystal and Catherine and Dr. Yaakobov, it was a great experience. Crystal and Catherine were kind, thorough and pleasant. Not what you usually get with a workers’ comp office… Dr. Y was also courteous and efficient. Kudos to the entire team!
