I am having an incredible positive experience with my therapist Lauren Martinez. From the very first session, she created a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where I felt genuinely heard and understood. Her compassionate approach, combined with insightful guidance, helped me navigate challenges with greater clarity and resilience. She is highly skilled, attentive, and always tailor her strategies to meet my unique needs. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a extremely gifted and dedicated therapist.

Lauren Martinez a therapist that is eclectic (uses various methods) in her therapy practice. She does not do transference towards herself in the sessions which is refreshing to see. She does not make the topics about herself (which I've experienced in the past) and focuses solely on the you as the client. She validates your feelings but also stays real with you about how perhaps its not ALWAYS the other person's fault maybe it is YOU(has happened many times), and that it's okay because we are not perfect, we are not machines. She is very calm mannered and chooses her words in a way that does not feel like a personal attack or a shameful event when expressing a not so great situation as an example (which I've experienced with another therapist in the past). She structures her sessions in a "this is what I'm hearing", "correct me if I'm wrong..." and she usually hits the nail on the head on any given situation/emotion. She is excellent at what she does, she listens, reframes and soothes. She knows what's she's talking about and is knowledgeable in her therapy practice as far as I've known her for I believe 2/3 years as her client. I hope to spend many more sessions with her healing and practicing mindfulness, inner child/teen awareness and practicing ways of no longer prolonging my suffering for as long as I have.
