We have been getting theraphy from Jose for couple's counseling for some time. He is excellent at what he does. Very knowledgeable and straight forward with his sessions. It really has helped our marriage and to work thru things easier with his recommendations. Now we are coming back because we need a little reminder of those exercises he taught us. I would definitely recommend him a million percent.

I attended my individual therapy session and felt comfortable and supported throughout. I was able to openly discuss current stressors and personal challenges. The session helped me better understand my emotions and recognize patterns in my thoughts and behaviors. I am learning healthier coping strategies and ways to manage stress more effectively.
