this place is horrible, my son is steady patient there, he needs help and no one will look at him until 2 months from now, this is not acceptable. I don't understand how you can give health care like this. please do not go.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very good experience overall. Before calling this medical office I have tried several one and got nothing (took forever to verify insurance etc.). Then I saw this medical office on Google Maps so I gave it a try. The gentleman on the phone was patient with me and gave me the next day appointment, wow! This place is deep in the Bergen county (far from my place) but the experience is totally worth it. It is located in a nice medical office building; most importantly, the staff was friendly & EFFICIENT! We were lucky that we did not wait too long to be called; the doctor solved the kid's ear was problem and the staff was very kind to comfort the kid with stickers and treats (I agreed and thanked them). It is a great ENT medical office! So glad I found this place especially compared to my previous frustrating experiences with some other doctor's offices (well, I guess my insurance plan is not very welcomed at some places; this could be part of the reason). Again, I really appreciate the efficiency of the staff: verify my insurance information without any delay and being respectful all the time. With many thanks!
