As the owner of The Heller Organization, a family-run New York business with a strong reputation since 1997, I feel it’s important to warn others about Home Health Care Services of NY and its owner. The owner has failed to pay for completed work, ignored repeated attempts to resolve the issue, and shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It’s clear from the many other negative reviews that we are not the only ones who have had this experience. Unfortunately, we’ve been left with no choice but to pursue this further. Anyone considering working with this company or its owner should proceed with extreme caution.
