I have been coming for my examinations for several years, and I am always pleased to see her. She is consistently professional, thorough, and attentive. The examination was conducted efficiently, carefully, and with great professionalism. I felt treated with kindness, respect and genuine consideration throughout the process. had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with this office. I called in advance while standing near the office because I needed help resolving an insurance/payment issue regarding my appointment. Instead of listening or trying to help, the staff spoke to me very rudely, repeatedly disconnected my calls, and refused to answer my questions. I asked several times to speak with the office manager. I was placed on hold and never connected. Later, someone called me back only to tell me that I “missed” my appointment and that I would now be charged a no-show fee at my next visit. What made the situation even worse was that when my insurance company contacted the office directly, the office informed them that the copay was “optional.” After that, the office manager began speaking to me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, yelling at me during the call and eventually hanging up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a medical office. Patients should not be treated this way when trying to understand insurance coverage and billing questions. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment before. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
