Extremely messy, disorganized , in addition to high wait times the staff on counter isn’t very helpful and polite. Ladies on counter look irritated, irked easily with any one and every one. Poor customer compliance and a guy just went inside saying “ he can’t hold it any longer “‘prolly was referring to his urine drug test. Checkin booths have been relocated to the other corner else to have been right there at entrance ( previously ) It’s so difficult to check in at automatic booths since sitting area is literally hampering the way. Water dispenser is pushed to one corner and it’s unreachable. ( imagine people checking in for urine drug test ) Wonder if lab cop needs more staff or people to handle customers.

I’ve taken my grandson to this LabCorp twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Olesiya and the other ladies at the front desk are so lovely, kind, and welcoming. They truly go out of their way to make both children and adults feel comfortable. My grandson did not cry at all, which says everything about how gentle and caring the staff are. What could have been a stressful visit turned into a calm and positive experience instead. I’m so grateful for the patience, warmth, and professionalism of everyone here. I highly recommend this LabCorp location, especially for families and young children.
