Excellent experience overall. Dr. Patel was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The staff was also friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I came in for nasal congestion, and Dr. Patel performed a quick nasal scope that lasted only a few seconds in each nostril and was completely painless. He was able to identify an infection and prescribed medications that had not previously been offered by other providers I had seen. The entire visit took less than 25 minutes, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

I definitely recommend Dr. Patel. I had no issues scheduling an appointment with his office over the phone and I was able to be seen within a week of my call. Dr. Patel was efficient, but attentive. He didn't rush through my visit or ignore things I mentioned. He solved the ear issue I had, clearly explained why I dealt with it in the past and made sure I was set up for future care at his office. One warning: on the day of my appointment, only one elevator was working in the building that the office is in and it took a while to get to the lobby due to all of the people relying on it, so keep that in mind if you visit the office soon.
