I had a very disappointing experience at this office with my son. The staff was extremely unprofessional and had poor communication. Whenever they needed to do something to my son, they would just do it without explaining anything to either him or me. For a place that works with children, they should be much more patient and communicative. The doctor was also not helpful. My son went in with flu-like symptoms and we were told to simply let him go home and rest for two days. No medication, no testing, and no real concern. The very next day his condition got worse, and we had to take him to the ER where he was diagnosed with the flu and finally given medication to treat it. I would not recommend this doctor or office. When it comes to children’s health, parents deserve clear communication, proper evaluation, and better care than what we received.
