Before I went there, I read all reviews. I found out that 100% true for staffs. This is because the staffs are the family of the doctor. and I also found out 100% not true for Dr. Ng. This is because Dr. Ng only spoke five seconds to me in two doctor appointments. I give one star to staffs, and two stars to doctor.

Negative stars if possible. The doctor is nice but the front desk is beyond disrespectful. Before we saw the doctor, we made sure to ask the clinic multiple times if they accept our insurance and the front desk assured us that our insurance would be accepted. Not only did they lie to us, providing false medical insurance information and sent us a bill for the visit, the front desk gave us the nastiest attitude and hung up the phone when we called to clarify the situation. Unethical practices from the front desk that comes with a large bill. Avoid!
