I had an excellent experience with both the X-ray technician and the MRI technologist. They were professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. Each step of the process was explained in a calm and reassuring manner, which made the experience much more comfortable. They showed genuine care, maintained a clean and organized environment, and treated me with respect throughout my visit. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. For the rest of the staff. The directions I was given throughout my visit were poor, unclear, and not helpful. I was repeatedly left confused about where to go and what to do next. At the end of my appointment, the front desk staff instructed me to wait outside. Despite the fact that this is Queens, New York, and there is an active cold weather for this weekend. To make matters worse, the lack of clear guidance contributed to rideshare confusion. One Uber driver was directed to the back of the facility, and the driver taking me home was sent to a location a block away. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a medical visit. Better communication, clearer instructions, and basic consideration for patient safety and weather conditions are seriously needed.
