Before I moved in, I read about how exceptional the people working in this Avalon community are. Today, I experienced that firsthand. As a current resident of Avalon West Chelsea, I want to thank the maintenance team, especially Roberto M., for his professionalism and dedication. After I accidentally cracked the oven door glass, Roberto went above and beyond to find a cost-effective solution. Rather than replacing the entire oven and microwave unit, he located a replacement oven door, saving me a significant amount of money. I truly appreciate his resourcefulness, kindness, and commitment to helping residents. Thank you, Roberto M., and the entire maintenance team for the outstanding service!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Avalon West Chelsea, largely thanks to the concierge team. Joseph, Darrell, Gustavo, and Erleta are consistently professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They’re always on top of packages, responsive to requests, and genuinely kind in every interaction (and are so sweet with our very high-energy Golden Retriever). They truly make the building feel like home. We really appreciate everything they do.
