Avoid this place at all means. I had an appointment at the clinic on 8/5/2025. The Doctor information me that my much needed medications will be available for pickup across the street at my pharmacy of choice Walgreens. As of today, I have not gotten my medications. The pharmacy keeps telling me that they have no records of medication for me from Doral Health. I have been receiving medications through this pharmacy for years. Mist recent was this same month and never had any issues with Walgreens. They will send me text messages to inform me whenever I have medication to be picked up. Stay away from Doral Health location on Flatlands and Utica Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The wait time is horrible. Keep in mind I had an appointment. The front desk staff is unprofessional and was observed gossip about other staff. I regret my entire experience with them.
