Had an amazing experience at my appt today. Open MRI's ROCK! Especially for those of us that tend to lean toward claustrophobia. EEK! Everyone was warm & pleasant. Faisal, the Technician, was especially comforting. He made sure i was A OK the whole step of the way. I had 3 images I needed to get, all of which meant I needed to be in there for more than a hour (almost 2). But a big piece of that was Faisal making sure I was comfortable. He took me for a "test-drive" before we started. He stayed in the room with me until I was able to take the "training wheels" off. He even played my style of music on their Spotify. Not to mention he made sure I was warm with TWO blankets!! All that 5-star treatment allowed me to, dare I say, even take a nap while the MRI was in progress! Yep! Should I have to get an MRI again, definitely coming back here. OH! And plenty of parking! :-)
