If you are in need of neurological care, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice! My spouse had a stroke at the end of Aug 2025, with no preexisting conditions or clear cause. She was scheduled to see an NP here a few weeks later. After her appointment with this NP was cancelled last minute by the office not once but twice, she saw Dr. Nidamanuri. When she went to get bloodwork at Quest the next day, Dr. Nidamanuri had failed to send in the request. My spouse waited hours and had to follow up on her own multiple times to get the request sent. Two weeks later, after my spouse's blood results were posted online, with one being abnormal (we eventually learned from another neurologist), she NEVER contacted my spouse or followed up when we reached out. In the meantime, my spouse was running low on her prescribed medication and tried to contact Dr. Nidamanuri multiple times via phone and email, and never heard back. Three separate messages were listed as "read" in the portal, but never responded to. She eventually had to request her prescriptions from her PCP, and switch neurology practices. She still has yet to be contacted back. In addition, my spouse was referred to a cardiologist, and she received no help in scheduling this appointment and was instead told to ask the front desk, who did not know how to help. She eventually had to google an NYU cardiologist that does the procedure that Dr. Nidamanuri recommended. Honestly, this practice should be ashamed. In reality, nothing will change and I'm sure they will continue to provide lacking and unprofessional care to patients potentially in the most challenging moments of their lives.
