I recently visited your location and had an extremely disappointing experience while seeking assistance from a staff member Fantasia. Unfortunately, she came across as sarcastic, dismissive, and unprofessional during our interaction. Her tone and attitude made it difficult to get the help I needed, and it left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. It also appeared that she may not be familiar with standard practices here in Florida, as her approach seemed out of step with the level of service I’ve come to expect. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this experience fell far short of that. I’m bringing this to your attention in the hope that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better service going forward.
