Thanks to Janine, I was able to move my appointment up to an earlier time slot today. She could not have been more gracious and welcoming when I arrived. Special thank you to Sandra the technician, who was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and wonderful to speak with. I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, I wish other facilities were run like this - a well-oiled machine. Thank you!

Tried about 6 times for two weeks to call and make an appointment (there is no online scheduling available). I was put on hold for 20 minutes before it said there was “no one available to take my call” and to “leave a voicemail”. Apparently scheduling an MRI ordered by my PCP is not urgent enough matter for these people. I don’t know what is causing the long hold times and 0 response. It’s likely either understaffing or bad management. Either way, there’s no excuse for response times THIS bad. You’re a healthcare service. You need to do better.
