The women who work at the front desk in 3P are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have encountered in my life. They made multiple hateful comments about patients in front of the entire waiting room, and a few of them almost got in a fight discussing lunch breaks. On top of that, I also found out 2 days after my procedure that they never obtained the necessary preauthorization, despite telling me that everything was approved. Now I have to wait and see what type of astronomical bill I receive, all because the staff at Mount Sinai are too incompetent to do their jobs. If I have to pay for their mistake, it may be time for a lawsuit.

Each and every person I have met with in your facility has been kind, suppportive and professional. They are thorough and knowledgeable.
