So came here to buy some stuff for my puppies overall have a bunch of things and a huge variety. This store is on the pricier side, but has really nice things so at least for me the price could be overlooked. There’s a groomers in the back. Which the cashier could not answer the question of what requirements are needed in order for the dog to be groomed. Also bought two name tags that you can customize. Again they were like $18.99 each. But again it’s cute so I picked them up purchased and then went to the back to customize where the machine wasn’t working. -_- so I asked for a refund after paying in cash and the cashier tried to say they could only give me credit or to choose something else. Ummmm…. Absolutely not I never even left the store. Finally another person that works there probably a manager who looked like he couldn’t be bothered gave my money back.
