I had an appointment at 11:10 AM and checked in at 11:00 AM. The man with glasses told me to sit and wait. After waiting 20 minutes with no updates, I went to ask, and he casually questioned if I had even checked in — very unprofessional. By 11:40 AM, I asked the receptionist again, and they said it could take another 45 minutes to an hour. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, as if they didn’t care about keeping appointments on time. It felt like they think they have so many patients that they don’t need to value anyone’s time or treat customers with respect. If you have an entire day free to waste, then maybe book an appointment here. Otherwise, rethink before calling this office.

The best of the best. Given the volume of patient flow they handle you would expect them to be cranky but quite the contrary, Dr Ky and staff are vigilantly professional and courteous at all times. I stumbled upon their office while visiting Flusing one day and never looked back. Do not entrust your vision to anyone else.
