Dark Angel
My mother is an elderly 68 year old patient with dementia and been receiving dialysis in this facility for under a year and in the last month and a half this facility went from me wanting to give them 5 stars to wishing I can give them no stars I’m so disappointed they not only are irresponsible with personal items such as bags and wheel chairs as both my moms things are missing but my mother has transportation services and they let a random patient roll my mother out of the facility to a bus stop where I found her freezing cold. My mother has heart failure, kidney failure and other serious conditions my mom can’t walk nor can she wheel her self out of the facility. They once had security due to budget cuts they no longer have someone watching the floor and to make it worse they told me they are not responsible for her nor her belongings which I found unbelievable it was freezing cold and past 9pm if my 9yr old son and I didn’t go searching for my mother I’m afraid the unthinkable may have occurred as she didn’t know what was going on nor who took her outside and was literally stuck not able to move on the street corner and this caused so much heart break that my son couldn’t sleep and had nightmares of us not finding my mom….
