I've been coming here since February. It is in a sub basement where you lose cellphone signal. Although they have wifi to connect to, but regular cellphone calls don't always come through. To receive important calls, you have to be at ground level. As for the entrance, there's a button to open door after you ring the bell, but it doesn't work so you have to pull door open. Which is hard to do if you're in a wheelchair or walker. They say they're going to fix, but still nothing. And there is a trick to press elevator button. If you don't know this, you'll be there pressing forever for elevator. This is the Southern Manhattan location.
