I don’t know why other reviews people being so mean about because this hospital is by far the best one in NYC. It’s the only one with a special long term unit and my friend was in there he did a full recovery. He did few months there but he sure was happy because the staff was caring. Ya there was at times lack of staff but that wasn’t a major issue since everyone did come check on him. About how ppl are rude well I know for a fact the staffs are not rude I have seen other family members being extremely rude to ppl that work there and say they being treated badly. Sorry I don’t like when ppl play the victim card. Anyway I like this place and hope this helps you make a good choice.

My aunt is a permanent resident here; it’s been about 2 years and we are BEYOND pleased and happy with her care. The staff is caring, the building is nice and clean. She is in good hands and we APPRECIATE everyone that is involved in making sure she is taken care of. The only downside is there is not enough staff (as everywhere else) and the staff that is here works hard and should have more help. I would give it more stars if I could.
