My Primary care doctor set up an appointment on my behalf with a Dr grant a week before my appointment I receive a voicemail saying my appointment is canceled and I need to call back to reschedule. I kept on calling and leaving a message for a call back yet nothing. Today one of the staff answered and said it’s a no show even though I have the voicemail clearing stating that the doctor will not be there and I must not come. I explained the situation but the lady was extremely rude and hanged up the phone on me. I tried to understand that maybe due to the pandemic it’s hard to reach any office currently but luckily I received a much better service elsewhere and decided that this behavior was not acceptable and needs to be investigated.
