I was so lost when I first started this program not knowing who or even what I was until thay showed me loved me until I learned how to love me self found out all about who I am and what gift's I have to offer others and I use them every day of my life I will never ever ever forget the j_cap program believe it or not I use the philosophy everyway it's my way of life and please believe me it works I never new I was this smart and the sad part about is so are others thy just have not tap into who and what that are thank God I have and I with the best to ever woman that comes through the door's of j_cap learn what thay need to know about them self's and apply it to there life and become the woman or man you where create to be #i do have much More to say but this will do for now #my counselor name was Dale Taylor and Norman clark 2of the best and I will always love her for loving me until I learned how to love my self 👑👑👑👑💪💪💪💓💖💟💜💜J _ CAP STRONG 2017/2018
