I went with my mother to this clinic a few days ago. The front desk employees are not amiable. I felt as they were being racist with my mother. In addition, they told her one information through the phone, and in person, it was something completely different information. One of the nurses wanted to act like she was a doctor, while being a nurse. She was disrespectful and had no sense of courtesy towards my mother, the patient. And worst of all was that both the doctors that assisted my mother, left her with her word in her mouth and never returned nor explain why or gave further information. What we noticed was that the reason seemed to be because we did not have money immediately to start the process they recommended. They seemed very greedy. They also did not evaluate my mother at all. They didn't measure her fat, nor any medical/technical processes for losing weight. They wanted to inject her right away and send her home, but paying first. I saw no professionalism in any of the employees. They were not sympathetic in any moment and they were rude in various instances. My mother felt very bad and disrespected and I was left in shock. Mainly because of all the positive reviews, while our experience was the opposite. By phone, its one thing. In person, it's something else. I do not recommend this place at all.
