Very disappointing experience with Dr. Rachel Knoll and her assistant Naomie. My mom had a mammogram, and I received a call from the radiology receptionist saying the doctor recommended an ultrasound for …… reason. When I tried to call back to speak with the doctor for more information, I was told she wouldn’t come to the phone and that she had already spoken to us which is not true. I tried to explain it to the assistant that and she hung up the phone very rudely. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to take a few minutes to speak to a concerned patient and explain what’s going on. Even during the check-up, the doctor was dismissive and impatient with me because I needed time to translate her words to my mom. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She came across as lazy and uncaring, and we felt completely ignored and disrespected.
