This is the most unorganized clinic I have attended. I expressed to the staff and physicians I was looking for a personal, private primary care doctor instead what I received was a ignorant evaluation of my words between doctors and patients. Large bodied staff members misunderstood my cry out for anonymity then trying to exploit me by thinking I was interested in dating the primary care physician.I was betrayed by my previous doctor by leaking out false information, At Oak street they put out false information accusations of being attracted to the primary and flirtatious behavior was inadequate. The primary was no prize either esthetically, "not my type "This location is unorganized and unprofessional and you would have to be deranged to need their services. ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE WHO DON'T RESPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!THESE SERVICES ARE NOT FREE!

Mr bamba is excellent in his attentive approach with his patients .He made sure that I was comfortable and safe. He bought the chair to me . Thank you for having employees like him representing Oak Street health.
