The staff here is INCREDIBLY rude. I scheduled an appointment for today at 3:30pm and even confirmed this with the receptionist on the phone. They call me back to tell me there was a mistake and my appointment is actually at 2pm which I never schedule because I work at this time. I explained my situation and was told 3:30pm is fine. Upon arriving to the clinic there was no greeting. The first thing out of the reception mouth is “you’re late.” I arrived there at 3:30 on the dot and this immediately irritated me as we already discussed this on the phone a few days prior. She immediately apologized realizing she was wrong, which I did appreciate. At this point I am waiting 10 minutes to be seen and another nurse comes out and inquires about my weight and height. I quickly respond with my height and explain I don’t know my weight as I expect that is something that will be taken at the clinic. She very rudely tells me “well you’re late…and I need to go.” So instead of offering me the care I deserve you’re going to rush my care because you’re in a rush to head home?? If your staff is making scheduling mistakes don’t take it out on the patient. Learn some bedside/patient manners. I had to walk out of here and was not even able to be seen because of how unwelcoming this entire exchange was LITERALLY from the moment I stepped foot into this office. Not even a single greeting. I rather wait and go somewhere else where I will be treated with respect.
