Dr. Geraci saved my life. I was referred to him for a procedure to confirm the diagnosis of another physician. Rather than take me in, perform the test and send the results to my neurologist, Dr. Geraci sat me down and took a VERY detailed medical history. In fact, he was more thorough in his inquiry and physical examination than any of my previous three neurologists had been. Then he did something that not one of the other physicians had done. He asked to look at the films of my MRI. Within 30 seconds of looking at those images he successfully diagnosed a condition that three other neurologists had MIS diagnosed over a course of two years. The other physicians all relied on the written reports provided by the imaging labs, and consequently misdiagnosed me with chronic yet non life threatening maladies. He immediately referred me to one of the best medical institutions in the world for the condition he discovered. Had he not diagnosed me properly and sent me to the facility that he did, I would not be here today. Dr. Geraci is not only clinically proficient, he has a trait that is severely lacking in the medical field in this day and age; compassion. He gets the fact that that he is working on a human being and not a 1973 Dodge Charger. He empathizes and explains what is going on. He will review the reports generated by labs and other physicians and provide you with an in depth explanation of the medical terms and their significance to your condition.
