0 STAR Very upsetting. Today makes it my 4th official time trying get an MRI. About a year ago I made a 9am appointment Monday, I arrived a few minutes early and was told to wait until my name was called. After a little over one hour the receptionist called my name to inform me that the doctor will not be in for the day and I should reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Saturday, on Friday I received a phone call informing me that they don’t do MRI on Saturday’s so I have to reschedule. When I did, the day they before they called me to let me know they won’t be able to see me at the time I scheduled for it would have to be earlier so I decided to just cancel the appointment. A year later I decided to give them another try since my doctor recommended that same location. I made a 12:30pm appointment, when I arrived they wanted to let me know that before I sign in it would be over a 3 HOURS wait because they’re only working with one machine. I reschedule, which is my final straw with this office. I’m scheduled for 3pm, I arrived on time. As I sit in the waiting area. I can over hear patience asking the receptionist how much long since they’ve been wait for so long. I thought to myself that they wouldn’t have me wait as long as these people due to my previous experience here. HA! I waited for 1 HOUR and 20min and still didn’t get my name called!! I know, I’m very patient! But never again Please save yourself from going to this place

Fast and easy. I was the only one waiting. When I left only two people where in waiting room. The staff isn’t exactly friendly but they worked with me when I forgot my paperwork. I was nervous to go in the machine and the tech changed it so I could go feet first. He talked to me in between the series. He also showed me how to hold my head so I wouldn’t have to see the tube but could instead see the ceiling. He really made it possible for me not to panic. The place was clean, upgraded, and seemed up to date.
