I want to share that todays service at the post office was exceptional. The woman who helped me, her name is Odessey went above and beyond. I was waiting for a package that should have been delivered yesterday and something happened that stopped the delivery from being completed. I came in to the office wanting to pick up the package. Of course the post office has some rules they must abide by and after going through all of that quickly, Odessey was able to get me my package which was time sensitive. Im very grateful to her and the staff. Thank you

Line is out the door and a worker asked if anyone had pre-paid packages. I had an oversized pre paid package and I’m glad someone tried to resolve the easy requests to clean up the line. I would’ve wasted an extra 30 minutes easy just waiting for a 5 second scanning process. I’ve been to many other USPS stores and it’s frustrating waiting in line because the easy requests are not expedited. 5 stars for the worker taking initiative and saving me time
