I wouldn't dare send anyone to this place for care. The facility that I am talking about is located in Roosevelt Park. This place is a disgrace to society. Employees are wearing residents' clothes and management is not doing anything about the situation. Residents are getting incorrect medications and residents are missing medications as well. Residents are being mistreated. Management doesn't have control over anything that goes on in this building. This facility has a young manager that sits in her office all day with headphones in her ears that doesn't address any complaints or concerns that residents family members have or employees have. The food in this place is horrible and they make the non verbal residents eat the food. Employees have to work doubles and triples because management won't take time out there day to fix schedules. There is a big issue with employees building groups due to their race and the employees that are in the race groups try to look down on others where there are a lot of mistakes on their end that no one addresses. Someone needs to call DDD(Division of Developmental Disability). This place needs to be investigated because no one has any idea what they are doing at this place.
