My Doctor Youssef Medical Pllc

Was told by his office that he opened at 1 pm. I scheduled an appointment via video call for 1 pm. I was not seen until 1:45 pm. Does not make sense for me to wait that long if I was meant to be the first patient when they opened. When I mentioned the delay, the doctor said he was very busy and that I was not the only patient. I just wonder why he would take another patient before me if i was the first confirmed appointment when his office opened. Other than the opportunity for punctuality, the video call was fine and the doctor explained everything well.

Doctor and staff are always so attentive and helpful. In person or virtual, everyone is polite and eager to ensure all our questions are answered and my children feel comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor’s office!
