My friend needs refills for 2 of his medications that Dr. Khanna prescribed. My friend called the doctor repeatedly, no one ever answered, so he left a message on the voicemail 5 times. Dr. Khanna never returned his call. It has now been weeks that he has not had his meds. Even during this COVID pandemic It is unconscionable for a doctor to ignore messages for refills. If a doctor doesn't have office hours because of the quarantine, the doctor should at least listen to the voicemail. The medications my friend takes are the kind you shouldn't stop cold, you should ramp down. My friend has suffered ill effects without his prescriptions. I will never understand why a doctor can be so callous. I wanted to leave NO stars but this posting system won't let the message post without at least giving a 1-star rating.
