I hate to leave a negative review, but every scheduled infusion is at Least a one hour wait from your scheduled infusion time. Blood work is done there which is usually on time and then the infusion is scheduled an hour after that. The waiting room is packed, everyone is waiting which means somethings wrong with how they schedule their infusion time slots. The receptionist probably has the worst time dealing with all these patients because everyone is just waiting. For a cancer center I assume they understand how miserable some people are feeling on top of not respecting people's time in general. I make arrangements to show up on time and early like they ask only to wait... alot. I understand certain patients take longer but they should have enough staff to assist, give breaks, lunches, etc to all their staff to make sure they can handle all these patients. I feel like a number here. Nurse are nice, but I can tell they are running on fumes. Making appointments is not great either. They make w.e appt I need in the future without calling me and then I see it in my chart and have to call and explain that I can't make it, usually something gets lost in translation or they need to call different departments to make sure of something, then call me back. I do all doctor visits via telehealth which is convenient for time and travel but idk if its adding to me feeling like just a number. I've been dealing with my cancer diagnosis since 2008, yes a long time. I just started coming here less than a year ago due to my insurance and I feel this place isn't as great as they like to advertise.
